By downloading, installing, or using FastTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FastTrack is a mobile application designed to help users track intermittent fasting schedules. The App provides:

• Fasting timer and progress tracking
• Metabolic stage indicators
• Weight tracking and history
• Statistics and insights
• Notifications and reminders

3. Medical Disclaimer

FastTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The information provided by the App, including fasting stages, metabolic information, and health-related content, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you:

• Have diabetes or blood sugar disorders
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have a history of eating disorders
• Are taking medications
• Have any underlying health conditions

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the App. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Keep your device secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your use of the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FastTrack offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by FastTrack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any health-related outcomes from following information provided by the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
