FAQ

Common questions.

How do I start a fast?

Open Fast Track Pro, choose a protocol such as 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or a custom duration, then tap the main start control. The app begins tracking elapsed time, remaining time, and estimated fasting stage.

How do purchases and trials work?

Fast Track Pro uses StoreKit 2. Products, introductory offers, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple. The app never handles your card details directly.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in Fast Track Pro and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select Fast Track Pro, then cancel. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Does Fast Track Pro use a third-party purchase SDK?

No. Purchases use StoreKit 2 directly, so purchase, restore, renewal, and entitlement checks are handled through Apple frameworks.

Why are fasting stages shown as estimates?

Metabolic timing varies by person, meal, sleep, exercise, medications, and health conditions. Stage labels are educational estimates and should not be treated as medical measurements.

How does Apple Health work?

Apple Health access is optional. When enabled, Fast Track Pro can use permitted health data such as weight to support progress tracking. You can change permissions any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

Can I back up my data?

Your app data is stored on device. You can export a copy from Settings when you need a backup.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete local app data from the app where available or remove the app from your device. Export any records you want to keep before deleting.

Who should avoid fasting?

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, have a history of eating disorders, take medication, are under 18, or have any medical condition.
