Yes! You can pause your fast at any time by tapping the pause button on the timer screen. This is useful if you need to take a break. However, keep in mind that pausing your fast will affect your metabolic progress, as your body will exit the fasting state when you eat.
FastTrack uses iCloud to sync your data across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices and that iCloud is enabled for FastTrack in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. Data typically syncs within a few minutes.
Go to Settings in FastTrack and tap "Apple Health Integration". You'll be prompted to grant permissions. Once connected, your weight entries in FastTrack will sync with Apple Health, and weight data from other apps will appear in FastTrack.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FastTrack > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Go to Settings in FastTrack and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription and any lifetime purchases will be restored automatically.
Fasting Tips
💧 Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water during your fast. Black coffee and unsweetened tea are also fine and won't break your fast.
